The Hempfield Marching Knights is one of the largest and most successful student organizations at Hempfield High School. HMK performs at Hempfield Football Games and competes in local, regional, and national adjudicated contests. In addition, HMK performs at pep rallies, Winter and Spring Parades, as well as other community events. The Marching Knights are committed to excellence and have earned a reputation as one of the premier performance ensembles in the region! 

All students in grades 9-12 are eligible for membership in the HMK. With the HMK, there is no “starting lineup” or “second string”...if you are willing to work hard and strive for excellence then there is a place for you in the Marching Knights!
